Why the two pieces use different materials
A stamped iron marker is attracted to a magnet. A zinc-alloy clip body can incorporate a separate magnet. This is one assembly route documented in our notes, not the only possible design.
Two clips with similar outside dimensions can have different openings and release mechanisms. Approve the assembled fit, retention and removal together.
A 25 mm × 1 mm marker appears in the reference catalogue as an example; it is not a universal standard or a confirmed EverRise stock specification.
Solid colour areas may suit enamel. Gradients and photographic detail may call for print. Fine lines and lettering need review at the actual finished size.
