How to order
Make the decisions before the metal.
A clear brief helps separate artwork questions, commercial terms and production approval. Use this workflow to prepare a custom order.
The order workflow
Six steps from brief to shipment.
Each step closes a set of decisions before the next one starts, so artwork questions, commercial terms and production approval stay separate.
- 01
- Share the brief
- Send artwork or a reference, product dimensions, quantity, destination, packaging needs and in-hand date.
- 02
- Review the route and quotation
- Confirm the proposed metal, forming method, colour, attachment and packing. MOQ, tooling, sample charges, freight and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
- 03
- Review the design
- Check spelling, logo version, dimensions, attachment position and colour references. Digital artwork shows design intent; use the agreed physical sample to assess material and finish.
- 04
- Confirm tooling and sampling
- Agree tooling ownership, sample requirements, charges and the approval process in writing. Retention and reuse terms should be part of the order record.
- 05
- Confirm production and inspection
- Approve the final specification and sample as applicable. Agree the inspection criteria and how any nonconformities will be handled.
- 06
- Pack and ship
- Confirm individual packing, carton markings, destination and shipping arrangements. Check the production and transit schedule against the requested in-hand date.

Tooling and reorders
Customer-labelled tooling storage supports the reorder.
Tooling is paid for on confirmed custom orders and stored under the customer’s label. Confirm ownership, retention and any reuse or replacement terms in the quotation; do not assume an unlimited storage period.
If something needs correction
Send the order reference, photographs and the affected quantities. The response and remedy depend on the agreed specification and order terms.
Commercial and factory workflows stay separate
