Thin and flat, or thick and sculpted?
The shape helps narrow the metal and forming route. The artwork helps choose the colour process. Our process guide explains the questions to answer before you approve tooling.

Before you approve tooling
Shape, artwork, attachment and order requirements all influence the route from a brief to a finished piece.

Enamel suits defined colour areas; print handles gradients and fine detail. True fired cloisonné and imitation hard enamel are different processes, so agree the intended material against a sample.
Tooling is paid for on confirmed custom orders and stored under the customer’s label. Confirm ownership, retention and any reuse or replacement terms in your quotation; do not assume an unlimited storage period.
Share the product, quantity, destination and in-hand date. We will discuss the design and the details needed for a job-specific quote.

From mold to finished metal
Mold → press or cast → trim → polish → plate → colour. Our documented production route includes external plating. The Factory page gives the process context, separate from the steps for placing an order.
Artwork becomes a three-dimensional design and then engraved tooling, stored under the customer’s label.
Iron stamping for flat and shallow-relief forms; zinc-alloy casting for thicker, sculpted shapes.
Formed blanks are trimmed, deburred and polished before any finishing step.
Plating is carried out by a separate workshop; enamel or print colour follows the artwork.
